Stock Orders Receiving Time:
Straight wigs: 4-5 working days
Wavy & curly wigs: 7 working days
Custom Orders Receiving Time:
Normal order: 40-45 working days ( 55-60 days )
Rush order: 30-35 working days ( 40-45 days )
(Please contact our customer service ([email protected]) before you place rush order as an extra charge will be processed)
When your wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided.
The tracking number will be attached in the email.

Notice: We can not deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
Order cancellation and change policy
For stock orders: Free of charge The order can be freely changed within 24 hours for stock orders and 36 hours for custom orders after you have placed the order.
For custom orders: All order information can be freely changed, but a custom cap construction change is subject to $30 handling fee within 1 week.
30% handling fee will be charged for any change after 1 week when the unit is under processing.

Stock orders can be freely cancelled within 24 hours after you placed the order. A 15% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation as a restocking fee.
Custom orders must be cancelled within 7 days after the order has been made. A 30% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation while the unit is in processing.
Please note that once the order has been shipped out , it can no longer be cancelled, and will be sent to the address you provided. If you cannot receive the wig at the address you provided we are not responsible, and if you do not cancel in time we are not responsible.
Return policy
We are more than happy to accommodate returns of the wigs that have NOT been cut, tampered and altered. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Please note that 15% of the total will be kept as a restocking fee. You must email us at [email protected] to request a return within 7 days after you received the package. No return will be processed after 7 days .
After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the wig(s) back to the address we gave you . You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $18-$35.
No refund will be processed unless you have provided us with the receipt or the tracking number of the return item and pictures explaining your reason for return, along with your explanation. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the refund.
